Skateboard art from Okhtyrka — about freedom, resilience, and the power of young Ukrainian street culture that keeps creating despite the war.
Okhtyrka is a small Ukrainian city close to the Russian border — but its street culture has always carried a much bigger energy.
This collection brings together skateboard artworks created by artists from Okhtyrka, inspired by the local scene of skateboarding, graffiti, music, and youth culture. In a city shaped by war, distance, and uncertainty, young people have built their own spaces for freedom, creativity, and community.
At the heart of this story is Krytka — a local skatepark and cultural space created by the Street Cultures Okhtyrka community inside an abandoned factory. What started as a dream of a few skaters, musicians, and artists became a place where people gather, ride, paint, listen to music, learn, and simply feel that they belong.
Each skateboard deck in this collection carries a part of that story. It is not only wall art — it is a piece of Ukrainian street culture, born from resilience, movement, and the belief that creativity can survive even in the hardest times.

These art decks are more than decorative objects — they carry a feeling, a place, and a story. Each skateboard becomes a canvas for movement, freedom, and self-expression, shaped by the raw energy of street culture and the emotional landscape of Okhtyrka. There is something honest and alive in these works: the rhythm of concrete streets, the spirit of local communities, the courage to create, and the desire to turn everyday reality into something visual and powerful.
Their value is not only in the artwork itself, but in the meaning behind it. These decks bring together contemporary Ukrainian creativity, youth culture, and the atmosphere of a city that continues to move forward despite everything. They are made for spaces where art is not just decoration, but a conversation — about identity, resilience, freedom, and the people behind the work.
